Configuration

After installing a bitcoin node, you can configure it by editing the bitcoin.conf file.

You can find the bitcoin.conf file in the following locations:

• Windows: %UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\Bitcoin\bitcoin.conf

• macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Bitcoin/bitcoin.conf

• Linux: ~/.bitcoin/bitcoin.conf
